You should be fine as long as the pins fit it. It it turns on it works. An atx power supply will most likely have a 24 pin connector, but a 24 pin could fit. Try this, turn the computer off and take the 20 pin connector out. More the connector 2 pins to one side and see if it fits in. If it does you can probably use a Atx Psu. Alternatively see if you can buy a 24 to 20 pin converter cable somewhere.
Btx and Atx are form factor (motherboard shapes) more than psu types.
