Hi, I have not recently upgraded my PC, and im kinda 'out of date' with this.

I'm looking for 2x2GB* (*preferred) or 1x4GB.

Well, I would go with pc2-6400 desktop memory is backward compatible it will run at your mobo's front side bus speed. There are more 2X2gig kits available for PC2-6400.
