How to turn off laptop display(close lid) with the other screen still on(from a VGA outlet)?
I need the multiple set display, extending the screen not a duplication, but at some times I wanna close the led and focus on the other screen.
The laptop is an HP pavilion dv5 1135ee

Thanks Aaron, but I did that already and unfortunately it doesn't work 
Go to the control panel and the power options:
"When I close the lid" - select "Do nothing".
