What's the difference between PS/2 power supply and ATX power supply?
I heard PS/2 are used in servers while ATX in desktop PC. Any difference in size too? If I have a motherboard that requires PS/2, can I use an ATX instead?
Yes theirs a difference they are shaped differently and to be straight to point depending on motherboard you can some time attach a different one but it's best you stick with the one the board is built for tho if can attach a different one it wont harm your computer. check the board specification or go ogle your tower model then put power supply compatibility specification you might be able to see that way or get your boards hardware specifications and compare it to the power supply you are seeking if this help pleas rate me and if you have any further issues email me on my profile page have a good day live long and prosper.
