is the sound blaster live! ct4830 a good card or should i just use the ALC888 on-board?
i found this card in one of the old computers at my dad's work.
The soundblaster live is better as long as you have the cd with the drivers & the other software that allows you to set up the card the way you want(sound effect, mixers, enviroment & such) also the soundblaster live has 2 speaker outputs, an input & a plug for a mic or headset. Some also have an output for digital & a gameport for joystick/gamepad..
