Can a lenovo t61 run call of duty modern warfare 2?

I have a lenovo t61 and i was wondering if i can play cod modern warfare 2.
Specs: Intel Core 2 Duo T7500 / 2.4GHz ( Dual-Core ), 4 GB, 160 GB - Serial ATA-150 - 5400 rpm, None, 14.1 in TFT active matrix, Microsoft Windows XP Professional, DVD±RW (±R DL) / DVD-RAM - Plug-in module, PCI Express x16 - NVIDIA Quadro FX 570m, 5.3 lbs, L2 cache, 4 MB, EPA Energy Star, EPEAT Silver, RoHS

MW2 will be choppy on all low settings will that card. With that being said, if you're willing to buy a game only to play it at minimal PS2-like graphics, then go ahead. Otherwise skip it and try and get a more powerful laptop or PC.

The Quadro series Nvidia cards are workstation cards meant for programming, and don't perform as well for games.
