I just bought a 30MW Green Lazer.....?
I just recentley bought one off a website it's not the BEST quality but it was a steal. www.dealextreme.com But my question is when i shine it it starts out super bright then it dims a bit? It's extremely bright then i can barely see the beam through the sky what the heck? Shouldn't it be continous in brigthness? Is it defective and should i return it or is this just how they roll! Someone that knows something about lasers and actually owns them please answer thanks...
Alright, I'll be the wet blanket. You should not shine a LASER, even one of this low power (30 mw) into the air. There have been many reports of pilots being blinded by the beam shining in the cockpit. It is against federal law to do so and if by chance you are unlucky enough to hit a cockpit and they find you, it's a felony.... See link...
