One of the major factors in choosing a PSU is your graphics card needs. That motherboard you selected can run 2 graphics cards. What you want to do now is decide if you ever want to run 2 graphics cards. Because now is the time to make the choice. See the difference between a PSU with 2 6pin PCIEx16 connectors and one with 4 6pin PCIEx16 connectors isn't that much. But lets put it like this. One with 2 6pin with good amperage will cost $50. One with 4 6pin connectors will cost $60-$75. Now if you buy one with 2 and decide later you want to run 2 cards, then you are going to have $125 tied up in PSU's and could have gotten out for at least $50 less...
Main features to look at.
1. What card do you want to run
2. How many 6pin connectors does that card or cards take
3 What is the apmerage on the +12volt rail or rails that I need vs. the PSU I am looking at.
When looking at the amperage, you can add all the +12V rails that the PSU has together to get its load. I would say, you want a PSU with no less than 36amps any card in SLI or xfire. If you get 260GTX single card, then you still want 36amps. 275GTX and up you want 40amps.
ATI cards are more leniant and you can get by with 36amps for all cards except the x2 cards, or crossfireing where you will want 60amps...
You can find all the amperages and rails on the sticker on the side of the PSU. Newegg has detailed pictures that shows the sticker in detail, where you can compare PSU's even if the specs aren't shown on the actual ad for the product... Just click on the picture of the PSU and there will be usually 6 or more pics of the product and there you will find pictures of the sticker on the side of the PSU...
