Jensen LCD Display Problem?
Everything on my Jensen VM9512 functions properly except the LCD display when the TFT monitor is closed. All other functioning lights are on except the LCD which displays things such as the radio station you are on or what songs you are listening to. The factory says to return it but it could take weeks. What are the possible issues causing this and what can I try to see if I can fix it?
**Forgot to mention that this has happened after 5 months with the unit so it was not an issue right after installation or receiving the stereo.
Jensens not that bad. It is probably a broken connection on the inside. The LCD wires came loose or broke off. The only thing to do is return it and have them repair it (if it is still under warranty) or bring it to a shop that does repairs.
