Good gaming pc for around £700?
ok so i'm looking for an ok gaming pc that can run cod 4 bc 2 and things like that. I'm looking for it having 4 gb ram, around 550W psu, amd processor, ati or nvidia graphics card and ultra quiet fans (no liquid cooling) and no less than 6 usb slots. I'm not bothered what kind of mother board, sound card(one that is integrated in the motherboard would do the job), case, disk drive. I've got £700 pounds to spend but if the pc is really good i could go up to £800. I don't need a keyboard, mouse, speakers or monitor but if possible a monitor would be nice.
Please no vista windows 7 or XP please 32 bit or 64 it doesn't matter
I live in north scotland but generally i get mainland uk postage as im not in the highlands. Also I don't mind building my own i've done it before (was a bit of a faff buy oh well i done it) and i would appreciate if you think its best to built it myself please post the best parts for my money

for monitor buy any LED monitor with 20"+ display and has DVI connectors , HDMI is a good thing to have but it will add £20
