I have a Sony Vaio also, Sony can be very confusing, they have different model numbers depending on the country they sell it in. I think the model number of your computer is the VGN-FE35C which I know is sold in the Asia Pacific region, if you contact Sony Support you need to specify the country where the computer was bought because model #'s change by region.
