Can i do a dual monitor on two different vga ports?
i have one vga port on my graphics card and another on my motherboard can i use both for two different screens?

No. Bios will only recognize one or the other. If your vga card is pluged in then it wont detect the onboard one. and vise versa.
Most video cards have dual output, (unless its a old one) a DVI or s-video should be there as well as the vga port. there is a small DVI to VGA adapter that u can get a computer stores. or by plugging a s-video cable into the video card and into tv,dvd player etc.
