Now the heatsink has 11 fin of which one was accidently broken by me while cleaning it......and now it makes noise as well as severe vibrations that will eventually damage its fan bearings!
so does anybody know anyway to balance this fan plxx help me!
you can't really balance the fan, as you'll never get it completely right. In your case you can do one of 2 things, either buy a new heatsink for the card (which would be £15-20) or just get any old 80mm fan and stick it infront of the old fan. Then leave the broken fan unpluged from the graphics card.
If your good at a little soldering you could even cut the wire for the old fan and wire it onto the 80mm fan, as then you would get the graphics card controlling the speed of the 80mm.
I'v done both of these methods before so both will work. But the 80mm fan option is by far the cheapest. good luck!
