Is it possible to build an LCD panel into a desktop?
I'm trying to make a modded desktop that's built into a briefcase, and i'd like to build *just* the LCD screen into the assembly without trying to fit the whole monitor in there. Is there a way to do that if i bought an LCD replacement panel or do I need some kind of controller set up? I'd say my tech experience is moderately accomplished but i'm used to working with regular hardware.
It IS possible. Look at the iMacs for proof. Infact, that's what I recommend you do; look into how the iMacs do it. It also depends on the LCD monitor you use and how everything else is setup. But it is definately doable.
